The Opal Caravan Park offers a great spot to stay in the town of Lightning Ridge! The friendly staff on the reception counter are incredibly welcoming and helpful, pointing out everything we needed for our stay and suitable attractions and activities for the kids. The ablutions are clean and spacious, and the sites are flat and all drive-thru.
It’s a short walk across the road to the hot artesian baths, and a 1 minute drive down the road to the local Supa IGA if you need to grab some groceries.
